This is a realy old game. I's from 1883. Your grand-grad-fathers played this game. Now you can play it too. It is easy. You must move all 8 segment's to another tower. There is only one rule: you can't put biger one to smaller one. And, of course, you can move only one segment at time. Good luck with this game.
